To me its just another reason for concern.. When you get no information for years and the excuse is NDA's why do we now need to have some other reson for no information to be given except for those on the inside to have and not the stock holders.  say what you want that stinks.  My money was just as good as anyopther investor whether on the inside ot not.  At least a bone here and there was what most of us wanted not what we were getting which were conclusions arrived at by those here on this site.
