Ted, the civil system of the past, as far IP is concerned, has no real governing power, other then initiating and concluding a case.

The real governing factors are determined by the USPTO with a three-judge panel of the patent trade appeal board. Where IP is determined to be gold or junk.

At that juncture Google or any big company being challenged by a e.Digital do not want to see a gold seal applied.

e.Digital, on the other hand, does not want a diss favorable ruling.

Our problem, as investors, we do not know where we stand in that stalemate of the USPTO, where the company cannot seem to convey to us where we stand.

It's all left in the air with regard to IPR proceedings where the real arguments of settlement  are derived ...then passed back to the Civil system to claim the conclusion.

How do you present an argument under this new condition ...politics or dishonesty?
