If e.Digital is being acquired by another company, then Fred is just in wind-down mode and no more activities or cases are being filed until the merger or acquisition is final... Wouldn't you think?

Of course, this is just an unknown scenario and I am just asking questions before the 10k is posted.  Not that it matters, it's all just speculation because we are being kept in the dark for some damn reason....lol

Hopefully, it's for positive reasons.
