Me too, so I called Fidelity.
The 90 is calender days, so if June 29 is it....or maybe June 30, still late.
I asked what exchange edig is on, he said OTCQB.
I then asked if the 4th holiday or the short trading day today, effected the due date. He said most likely no, but any observed market closed day, or holiday that feel between April 1 thru June 29 or 30, may....may, allow them extra time.
I don't see any holidays in there.
He also said no extension filing is showing at the moment.
So we wait and wonder...
