The court can determine if this was a viable company or if we were being sold a bill of goods all along. The trustee's accountants will know. I suspect the patents were the only legitimate assets of the company. Makes one wonder if they were as good as we thought. Assuming they were, the company still had to produce enough revenue from them to continue. Obviously they didn't. As it turned out, they were living on the edge.
