There is a lot that can be said about what has happened and why.  Here we are though left holdingvthe bag asking questions and we will never be in a position to getthe truth.  All this lawerleis crap is all that is left.  This was a take down by lawyers in a position to take over at no cost to them.  All this letting new members on the board just a few days before only muddie the water before this sell out.  Thieves will be thieves to the end.  You can't get out of one year with things seeminly O.K. and then this.  The officers alowed this to happen and one day we will know the truth.  They should all go to jail for what they did to this company.
