My plan here is to provide court with information that will lead them to a chapter 11. I have no idea what the BOD is up to. They may drop the bk if forced into an 11. Anything we do at this point is positive. I just don't  want to go down without a fight. If there were no letters or e mail to court it would  just slide by. The chapter 7 is filed to get rid of Shareholders! I won't  just go away, not after all these years.
