I remember speaking with OZ away from this board. I'm glad the bankruptcy wasn't filed before he left us. It was tragic enough as it was for all of us. We were speculating about how big the payoff was going to be and then were blind sided. As angry as I am about it, I can't see any reason to participate in a suit against the principles. All that would get you would be a large bill from an attorney. You'd never get one to take the case for a cut of the settlement....assuming there was something to get. I see no reason to spend any money for my pound of flesh I'm just going to move on but I wish all of you the best of luck.....next time. :>)
