There are some attorneys on this board, but don't know their field.

It's one thing if any of them live in San Diego, or darn close, another if they have the time, willing to work for very little if nothing, to jump in with both feet...i don't expect this to happen.

Hypothetically, if some funds were raised, how far would it get us?  This thing could drag on for months, multiple court dates etc...more time, need for more funds...

It would be nice if any attorneys reading, offered guidance, our chances at success, whatever that would be.
