Sorry to say you are very wrong.....There is ample optimism present now, to go along with facts you are not yet privy to, that EDig is still alive. No one knows what the outcome of the Sept hearing will be but the fact that a trustee has disallowed the bankruptcy by EDig is a very positive sign...at this time...
