One gets the feeling that the friendship between Dr. Nunally and Mr. Falk has been strained by the events over the last 6 months. Hopefully they can patch things up and figure out how to go forward.   The two new board members from last year might have feelings of mistrust.   One wonders if they were aware of the new private company Falk and friends started before they came on board.
