Don't be so sure about that. Falk is motivated by one thing....self interest. He made that quite clear to this point. The 7 filing was done with that in mind. Just because that failed it doesn't mean he has no other selfish option....one that could possibly close the door to EDIG's re-imergence (if there's such a word).:>)

That's why a good attorney is needed to thwart his attempts to destroy the company and sell the IP.
