I looked at these tricks, I really liked it. I noticed that they load their backs a lot. It may not be immediately visible, but it is. My friend just plays, that's why I know. He even recently bought a special Posture corerctors for men so that his back was fine. He says that even he started playing better. Hahah. He jokes like always with a bang.
