JMHO, but I feel the selling is being done to lower the "closing SP" for 5 days in a row, in order for the debt holders to get the best price for their conversion to stock....i.e."70% of the average closing price for 5 preceeding trading days"
I've watched the SHO list lately for naked shorting offenders, and so far (knock wood) the selling seems to be covered by shares (loaned?)
If my speculation is correct, we might see a bit of relief later this week, or leading up the the two spinoffs promised by management...I hope so anyway, as I have a substantial number of shares and look forward to the debt reduction with mixed emotions...increased shares vs lower debt (dilution vs profitability!)
