dicek...the premise is: If you have a spinout (new Elysium?) with no debt and positive revenues and profits, trading separate from FTS (FLIP)....The possible good trading share price in the new entity will presumably reflect in an increased share price for FLIP, seeing as FLIP and its shareholders will hold a significant number of shares in the new entity and which could also show a greater value on FLIP's balance sheet......

 All the above is speculation until proven otherwise...so do your own due diligence and act accordingly...
