e.Digital holds patents that have been abused by almost every producer of flash based products. The difference in their favor over PTSC - the float is smaller and the patents are wholly owned by e.Digital (no sharing of license fees). The are represented by the Duane Morris Law Firm and have filed suit against Vivitar as their first target. I am more convinced than ever that edig is in a very favorable position and will rise sharply with a settlement or victory in the Vivitar case.
