I've been following Patriot for a long time. It's been a frustrating ride but hopefully it will pay-off soon. If the last Japanese companies settle, which I think they will, the story is about over - and that could happen between now and the trial date in January.

It sounds like EDIG is just starting this process? Is the company anticipating that companies will settle right away?
