Sorry, didn´t get that right !

WTM/LSG have made all payments/ expenditures up to the third anniversary, we don´t know what was left for this last year in order to get the 55%.

Have they only spent $ 125.000 out of $ 1M by the end of the 3rd anniversary ?

If that´s the case, then they had to spent $ 875.000 for this final year ending June 2010.
