Which begs the question: Why even announce a financing if the most important details are still up in the air? Why not do this work first, and then make the announcement ? Makes more sense to determine the interest first, no? BMO are not cowboys, but feels like somebody is. The market does not like uncertainty. A little surprised at Dave here, unless there is more than meets the eye behind this whole transaction.

At least we still have good money in the kitty and this will not delay continued work on Borden.

Also curious as to who was scooping up shares big time yesterday afternoon. Whoever it was is missing in action today.
