Lots of experience in exploration within PRB, Palmer, McCready, Gammon, good exposure to prior government offices, Reid, Gammon, in house legal and accounting covered Peterson, Marrelli, experience re mine development/engineering, Petrina, McCready. However, they imo are lacking experience re "Building a Company". Haymann seems to fill that gap.

Most geologist and engineers do not have the Commerce background although some get on the steep learning curve and succeed.Would never leave growth to a former elected official or advisor to some gov office.Having travelled the road before I am pleased to see Dave and the Board recognize short comings and fill the gap.
