Gwen Preston, Resource Maven(12/12/14) "For CA$25M and 6M shares, Probe Mines Limited is getting 486 mineral claims in and around its Borden gold deposit in Ontario, including key claims within the High Grade Zone. . .now that it owns all the ground the company can start really probing the High Grade Zone, where a wedge of uncontrolled land previously restricted exploration."

Ali Khan, Edgecrest Capital (12/12/14) "Probe Mines Limited announced the acquisition of Boises Landrienne for CA$25M cash and 6M newly issued common shares, resulting in the company owning 100% of both the surface and mineral rights for the entire 70km strike length of the Borden belt. . .Probe acquires 425,000 oz of high-grade resource previously controlled by its partner in a 50/50 joint venture and gains control of the wedge which has not been drilled and is near the strongest-grade pods of the High Grade Zone. . .we expect exploration results starting next year leading to a resource update and a preliminary economic assessment."

Sam Crittenden, RBC Capital Markets (12/11/14) "Probe Mines Limited announced a transaction to consolidate 100% of the Borden gold project for CA$25M cash and 6M common shares (worth CA$16.5M at current prices). We view this as a positive as it removes uncertainty around the land packages and the CA$41.5M purchase price appears reasonable. . .Probe plans to begin immediately drilling the sliver of land through the High Grade Zone that hasn't seen previous drilling and test the extension of the High Grade Zone from the ice in the winter months, with a resource update and preliminary economic assessment expected in H1/15."

Michael Gray, Macquarie Capital Markets (12/11/14) "We are increasing our Probe Mines Limited stock price target to CA$4.50 on the back of the 100% consolidation of the Borden gold district. . .the company now owns a 100% district-scale land position with multimillion ounces potential—this is the takeover sweet spot for a junior. The land deal gives Probe full control of the Borden belt. . .4.3 Moz gold has already been documented over 3.7km length and the deposit is wide open for expansion. . .we reiterate our Outperform rating and recommend that investors buy Probe stock for existing high-grade resource development potential and the upside for multiple discoveries in an emerging new district."

Paul Campbell, Mackie Research Capital (12/11/14) "Probe Mines Limited announced that it had completed the acquisition of Boises Landrienne Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Scierie Landrienne Inc.). This is the end result of the much-anticipated land acquisition that consolidates Probe's ownership of the Borden Gold Belt, located near Chapleau, Ontario. Importantly, it gives Probe ownership of the so-called 'wedge claim' that forms a significant portion of Probe's underground resource in the High Grade Zone."
