JOINT STATUS UPDATE Pursuant to the Court’s Order of July 24, 2015, Plaintiff Open Network Solutions, Inc. and Defendant Xerox Corporation jointly and respectfully notify the Court that the parties have been negotiating a written settlement agreement, and while the parties have worked diligently, they have not yet finalized the terms of the written settlement agreement. The parties expect to finalize the written settlement agreement shortly and anticipate that appropriate dismissal papers will be forthcoming. The parties do not believe that a new proposed schedule is necessary at this time. If the parties have not submitted the dismissal documents by October 18, 2015, they will file another joint status update with the Court, along with a new proposed schedule, if necessary.
