It's just common logic, TECK will resist releasing any news that would strengthen our position until they figure out how to deal with us, and get it for themselves as cheaply as possible. they will then choose their own PAYING partner's.

You seemed to have missed this part of my mess. so I will elaborate.

I really think TECK will buy us, then partner with majors they have worked with before by selling 30% to each of SUMITOMO and 30% to CIC, AS AN EXAMPLE ONLY. they would hold the remaining 40% at virtually zero cost and be the operator. they have a history of doing just such deals.

You can insert the names of future partners in any way it makes sense to you. I really think they will be happy with 40% for free or, a very low price after selling off 60% to their favorite partners.
