Do you think there is enough support from commons for a class action and get involved that way? Are you willing to lose more just on principal if that doesn't work.
There has been so much warning since arbitration started that anyone still in here better be willing to accept whatever happens. JC has provided so much insight regarding the shenanigans at this level that we should spank ourselves for thinking anything outside that realm could happen in our common shareholder favour. Fung don't give a SHIT about us. Thinking he would pursue anything in our favour is dillusional. Yeah the judge may have some opinion on this, but he's probably going to run with a bigger picture scenario than one that includes us in a significant way.
