I think it would be hard to prove mismanagement if Crystallex management did due diligence in fundraising and that is the best they could get at the time. However, in contract action where the breach by venezuela caused the sell off of part of the company by the shareholder would we not be entitled to be made whole and why is this not listed on a continuous bases as part of the damages in the case.
