MTEK, according to the 8-K filed by VOIS owns about 82% of VOIS now, So this exchange of 7Million shares for a licensing agreement will go into the dividend that will be allocated to MTEK shareholders once the valuations and Stock allocations are completed. So to keep it simple, this goes into the pot and will be divided amongst MTEK shareholders in addition to what they decide we will get in VOIS shares in the very near future.
