I am still fuzzy on the numbers...but, if I understand Jersi, MTEK shareholders are entitled to 199.0M of VOIS shares (243.0M x 80%) plus 7.0M that VOIS is paying for the software liscense...??? Could somebody please confirm my numbers and rationale?
