Jersi, nothing in the PR suggests MTEK has been dissolved yet. I wonder when the closing date will occur. I presume the 7 million shares in the PR, like you suggested, is exactly what they meant in the prior PR to a dividend for shareholders.

I am sure the douchebags over on Yahoo do not like this PR at all....F'em twice
