At least Mark is making a concerted effort to acquire strategic properties, in spite of an extremely unfavorable environment, with an eye to the future no doubt. The Birch, Sam, Top & Best properties are no ordinary prospects; they are strategically located between Crowflight to south and Inco to the north. As it will take a long time to turn the properties into viable nickel producing entities, low nickel prices mean very little at the present time, with the exception that raising finacing will be a tough sell.
