IMO, it's a very short list...

As I see it, e.Digital is selling and licensing by the circuit.

In other words, if you powered your CE flash device utilizing e.Digitals concepts of coupling and de-coupling the dc-dc 12v or the dc-dc 5v....they are going to find you out.

The focus is on that very issue...and the interpretation of "control circuitry" for claims 1 and 19 are either going to be as the defendants argued presented and subsequently abandoned....or as e.Digital insists.
