Mr. Falk joined e.Digital in 1995 as Vice President of Corporate Development / Vice President OEM & International Sales. Mr. Falk was appointed President and Director of e.Digital in January 1997 and on July 1, 1998 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. On July 1, 2004 Fred Falk stepped down as the Company’s president and chief executive officer to serve as vice president of corporate development over the Company’s personal video technology platform and was brought back into the CEO position in Jan 2009.

Who made "mistakes" from 1988 to 1995? From 1995 till 1997 he was not the head Man either.

Who made mistakes after July 1, 2004 until Jan, 2009?

Obviously, "blame" is not being put in all places where it belongs.

Is he responsible for his share when at the helm? Sure....

Has he been actively involved in righting wrongs since Jan, 2009? YES!!!

Now you can see why I feel the way I do, and yes, he's a good Man. I can judge him having attended many SHM's and sat in his office and conference room countless times, having one on one converations...not from people posting in chat rooms.
