Those memory issues you consider are not alternatives to e.Digitals tech. They are alternative memory issues.....SRAM should not even be in the list. As for SSD(solid state drive) that is flash, and ReRam.....it requires programing of restive structures instead of trapping electrons....e.Digitals tech will do either.
With that, you left out many other possibilities....such a PRAM, FRAM....etc....
For e.Digitals tech...it doesn't matter what the memory substrate is and each will have its particular needs.
For now we are dealing with a flash issue, where e.Digital and its tech has/have the ability to control the parasitic electrical issues of the industry in dealing with that memory....in having complete control of VPP.
The ability of managing that one issue is not outdated.....e.Digitals tech is not only about managing that one issue.
Claim 1 and 19 of e.Digitals patent are implementations of memory under two entirely differnt conditions.
