As I understand it those subscribing to this board represent a sizeable precentage of total ownership.

Just take a look at the 12 month stock performance--first six months of the year the stock was between 4 and 5 cents.  Then in July when those on the board saw Plankton's post that, as part of the IPR being cancelled it was also written that there had been a settlement and licensing agreement with Google that was never ackknowleged by the company, the stock shot up to the 7 to 9 cent range.  Almost no one except those on this board could know this.  Then when no PR was forthcoming from the company and no follow through comments and then when no money showed up in the Q, the sell off began and now we are back at 4 cents. IMO, the run up from 4-5 to 7-9 range was largely from people on this board.
