All good questions, in my personal opinion the litigation ain't gonna make it for us. The real question is what are the two new board members doing to put our technology into the hands of someone who can do something with it! If we don't finally find a way to sell something, I can't see how we are ever going to be successful. all IMO not bashing, not hyping, just wondering out loud. I also recently sent Fred an email, and got no response, it is what it is. But, I have to say after all these years, my patience is starting to wear really thin.
