It does look that way stillpoor..although i dont know why. They seem to be permitted to do whatever they feel like with no repercussions. Whats different this time around? That new policy apparently doesnt apply to the venture,..no notice of a different proxy to vote for,..the same BOD that did nothing to support the majority shares wishes last year are still here..and on and on. Unless theres something else going on most of us dont know about, the only thing im expecting is more of the same.
