Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

I wish yamasaki but highly unrealistic at this point plus i don't know of any company that paid 1000% premium to aquire something.

We are heading in the right direction, and the last thing we want is a takeover at this price. I think once we have proven sales and brand recognition, we will be bought out and thats TO original plan imo.

In the meantime the company should keep adding shareholders value by increasing sales and working on the other therapeutic product lines.

It will come my friend but you will have to be pretty patient for that.

if we were trading at 2.50 and the offer came in at 3.00 it would be realistic but from .50 cents to $ 5.00 imo no company will pay. Even if they are looking at aquiring APH currently imo the offer won't be over 100% premium.
