They may or may not have time to pay the 20 Mil. If CGX owed me 20 Mil and getting paid was riding on success at Jaguar, I would be thinking what if Jaguar is a duster, how will I get paid then, and what if Jaguar goes over budget, that's more $$'s CGX has to come up with.

I don't know what's going on behind the board room door but this 20 Mil debt has me concerned.
