Unless I am missing something very new, the CE standard is different then the FDA standard. I have seen with my eyes, the machine working in 15 minutes but not the Roche. I am also not aware of any FDA approved test that comes close to the Cardigenics test in time and accuracy - that is why Dr G is proceeding as fast as possible.
