Speedy, I've got say I think your past comments of CM were more accurate then mine. I have your concerns about the managment style and whom it best serves.

That said, given Babcock was CM's handpicked CEO ... it was other directors who pushed for Atkins and given what appears to be past associations between Plaxton and Adams(who likely sold Plaxton on MGM and CSG) this is the likely new alliance which could be the force in addressing some of our concerns.

Of course time will tell, but this obviously has been in the works for some time and I don't think it was CM's doing.
