which asset class would have first claim on the assets of Connacher O&G, the Common Share Holders, the Debenture Holders or neither?Brian

The answer is short and simple: neither

$600M secured NOTES and $200M secured Credit FACILITY is secured by ALL CLL assets excluding equity investment in Petrolifera (PDP). I think is time to put the Debenture conspiracy theory to rest.
