Indeed a CEO job is a responsable one but for that these guys are very well payed .So if you make decissions in a company which goes to the stock market to raise capital then you better think twice before you act otherwise it's better to stay off the stock market and look for funding elswhere.Besides as a CEo you have to accept criticism if you act wrong.
