I have always thought this bull board to be a reflection of investor sentiment(like a pol)but have changed my view,instead I see its more contrarian,both volume and value of late have reacted just the opposite , all the negative talk of this board seems to have been ignored by investors at least in the short term.The points are valid and while dilution is a hard pill to swallow ,cash is needed going forward if PDP and CLL are to excel,unless investors are brought on board the options are limited in to how cash is accumulated.
