I am sorry but I will have to side with Jukek on this one. Added to what Jurek wrote I fail to see any sort of pattern that you have mentioned with low of the year occuring between Nov till Dec. Over the last ten years except perhaps last year this trend is not there at all. How exactly does one year make a pattern? Sorry the charts bear it out so I also chose to ignore this strategy.
