I was thinking about Elmer saying that the release of the BFS is important, and that we have one chance to get it right.

Could the last PP be to do some promotional work in releasing the Feasibility? NovaGold put some money towards promoting their stock this past year to increase the value. Is it possible that Elmer has a plan to unroll the Feasibility and do a blitz of promotion?

Given that some money is to be counted towards Teck's earn-back amount I think these PP's should include the information whether the funds are to be considered qualifiied per the agreement.
