One thing for sure is that I don't think that Elmer and the rest of the board would take too kindly too unnecessary dilution of the stock for frivolous, willy nilly reasons.

My take on this is that Elmer is a master strategist and he will use the PP will be transformed into greater value for the shareholders. Just my opinion.
