You can bet your backside both ES and Don Lindsey hold Jim Gray and his work in high esteem. he has a track record with both co's.

At TCK's last AGM Lindsey said, " we intend to deal fairly with our joint venture partners". I believe he's a decent man representing one of Canada's premier resource co's and both have a reputation to uphold.

I'm more confident than ever, we're going to have a succesful conclusion in the near future, but I'm not going to any pool party in Vegas, my heart wouldn't take it....chunky
