on April 1st. " why would TCK not get Galore and Schaft in one major deal ". I think you just got your answer, if the new info. is genuine it appears there's a major consolidation happening and a commitment to the area for the next 50+ years.

Once again we have a cap on our shareprice. I've often wondered why wouldn't TCK quietly accumulate 9.9% in the open market and save the buyout premium on that block. nearly 40 million shares at $2-4 is a big deal...chunky
