Youngmoney, I disagree with you that Teck is waiting for the EA to be approved before making a decision. As previously discussed on this board, CUU is currently "working" on the EA application which is expected to be completed in Q2 or Q3 2013. However, the problem is the approval process could take a year or more. I don't believe Teck would wait that long.
