Yes price of copper was near $4/lb and this was a major factor but also they had less than a third of the dilution back then as well.  The endless dilution without measurable results is keeping many investors away despite the attractiveness of SC as a potential takeover target.  We need results Elmer.  We need to see the desktop studies.  Where are they?  Its been over a year now and promises/timelines get delayed and delayed and yet you expect investors to pony up more to keep the lights on and pay your salary?  This imho is whats keeping the sp down more than anything.
