Ernesto needs a man to defends his best interests period.

Elmer is a great geologist who brought 5 mines in production.  We don't need a marketing guy or whatever, we need someone that knows his stuff to challenge Teck as much as possible!

As mentionned, Teck is driving the show, not Copper Fox.

Many complaints about Elmer's salary... I don't feel like it's outrageous for all the hats he wears in this company.

What would be the benefit of getting a junior for half the price that wouldn't know what is best and paying another person to answer all the questions from shareholders?  0.25% less dilution every year?... and probably at the end the whole value for our project would suffer from it.
